Mahpara Saleem is the Researcher, visionary Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mahaz Tech Enterprise (MTE) Limited, based in the United Kingdom. She possesses a strong academic research and professional background in technology and management, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (specialising in Information Technology), a Master’s in Project Management, and an MSc in Big Data Analytics from Sheffield, UK, awarded with Upper-Class Honours. In 2025, Saleem completed a professional executive education in Data Science and Machine Learning at the University of Oxford, further advancing her expertise in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.

In addition to leading MTE, Mahpara is also an active Researcher in the Department of Computing at Sheffield Hallam University. Her research focuses on metadata-driven enterprise architecture, conceptual structures, AI-driven healthcare solutions, and the integration of SAP Graph with enterprise frameworks.
Under her leadership, MTE delivers innovative solutions in software development, data engineering, data analytics, and SAP ERP systems. Her commitment to research and continuous innovation drives the company’s mission to create intelligent, data-driven, and sustainable technological solutions.
